Now that the pruning has been completed, we are also in the process of tying up the vines. With the glorious weather over the last few days, we went a lot further and the dry weather also played into our hands in this respect. 
Nevertheless, we are already longing for rain so that our vines can get some water again, which would be good for nature in general. 

At the same time, we are busy filling the cellar; the first 2021 wines, including the local wines, are already in the bottle and waiting to be tasted.
