Something creamy and mossy plays alongside the notes of russet pear peel on the nose. The palate is immediately enlivened with a touch of spritz and presents very ripe, juicy yellow pear and plum. An edge of salty yeast joins the midpalate and gives a little more structure to the burgeoning fruit. Lovely, refreshing and appetizing.
