WINE SPRING 2015

When is spring? For example, whenever the three Lower Austrian wine-growing regions of Kamptal, Kremstal and Traisental call for the legendary Wine Spring.

The wine spring – a perfect opportunity to taste the new and, of course, the mature wines from the Kamptal, Kremstal and Traisental, to chat with the winegrowers in the cellars and wineries and to combine the whole thing with a trip into spring.

Grüner Veltliner and Riesling Kamptal DAC, Kremstal DAC and Traisental DAC are served in the wineries with “open cellar doors”; lighter, fragrant summer wines and other classics of the regions are also waiting to be tasted. Many winegrowers offer special programs for guests – from wine tasting menus and vineyard hikes to live concerts.

For just 10 euros you can take part on both days. Each participating winegrower will give you an admission wristband, which you can use to taste your way through the three wine valleys to your heart’s content on both days (April 25/26, 10 am – 6 pm)!
