The leading domestic trade fair for the catering and hotel industry is back! On 7. and April 8, 2025 at the Salzburg Exhibition Center, everything will once again revolve around the diverse Transgourmet product and service worlds, visionary trends and innovations, top cuisine and the personal exchange between 290 industry partners and thousands of industry insiders.
On Tuesday only, all exhibiting winegrowers will also exclusively present a mature wine from their range that is not currently on sale. The wine focus will be rounded off on Tuesday with a Trinkwerk masterclass on the topic of vintner champagne by VINEUS newcomer sommelier 2024 Moritz Huth.
