Wormwood
Standing still is not for us. We have therefore launched two new products on the market at the turn of the year.
Vermouth is ideal as an aperitif, preferably on ice. We have tried to create a vermouth with less alcohol, which should benefit from the freshness of the Traminer and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties.
The somewhat different vermouth
Traminer is known for its delicate scent of rose petals, which is why we chose this variety for this vermouth. With our own herbs from our garden, dried rose petals, lemongrass and wormwood, we try to emphasize the Traminer wine aroma with subtle additions. The result is a vermouth that gently refines the taste of the wine, but does not change it in any way. A full-bodied, mild, extremely fragrant aperitif!
Cabernet Sauvignon is characterized by dark spice and a good acid structure. We reinforce these attributes with the herbs lemongrass, wormwood and marigold. It took six months for these to properly blend in with the flavor of the wine. The herbs created an exceptional vermouth wine with extract, fruit and a beautiful acidity.
Serving tip: Enjoy our vermouth with some ice!
