Our prices are quoted in euros for end consumers (unless explicitly stated otherwise) and include of all taxes and duties. For legal reasons, we only ship/deliver to Austria and Germany by parcel service or forwarding agent or, by prior arrangement, within Vienna by direct delivery/collection or in the Langenlois area and within a radius of 20 km also by direct delivery/collection. We reserve the right not to accept orders with delivery addresses outside Austrian territory.

We ship your order from our warehouse as quickly as possible, usually the next working day in the morning. In the event of longer delivery times, we will contact you and we will certainly find a solution together. Additional costs for express and urgent shipments shall be borne by the recipient and will be agreed separately with you.

Our delivery obligations and deadlines shall be suspended as long as the buyer is in arrears with the payment of an invoice. Please note the information on shipping costs and minimum order quantities, which are displayed during the ordering process and are added to the total value of the goods. We charge a shipping fee of € 12,- within Austria and € 22,- to Germany.

Orders in the online store must be paid for either in advance or by Paypal or credit card before delivery. Paypal and credit card payments are processed exclusively by the Paypal Bank service. The goods remain our property until full payment has been made. We reserve the right to charge reminder fees and late fees for unpaid invoices.

Please note that we cannot accept complaints regarding the taste and quality of the contents. For complaints regarding delayed, non-executed or faulty deliveries, please contact us using the contact form. Orders that have not yet been dispatched can be canceled free of charge at any time in the customer profile. If you have not created a customer profile during the order process, please simply send us the order confirmation with a corresponding note. Orders that have already been dispatched can be returned to us unopened and undamaged within the statutory periods. You will receive a refund of the paid value of the goods from us after receipt of the correct goods to an account specified by you. Please note that we are unfortunately unable to cover the costs of the return shipment.

Compensation obligations of the seller for consequential damages or indirect damages are excluded by mutual agreement. In addition, we shall only be liable for damages in the event of intent or gross negligence.

If the buyer is an entrepreneur, any liability under the Product Liability Act for damage to the buyer’s property is also excluded by mutual agreement.
