The deep, humus-rich soil on the Panzaun high plateau provides the ideal conditions for good Pinot Blanc.

The vineyard is around 20 years old.  There is a very special relationship with this vineyard. The vines were chosen, refined and raised by ourselves.

The wine was aged for six months in large acacia barrels.

Medium golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicately nutty, fine yellow tropical fruit, a hint of apple, underlaid with candied orange zest. Complex, nuances of white stone fruit, fine fruit sweetness, elegant and balanced, delicate blossom honey on the finish, lingers, good ageing potential.

Inviting aroma, heliotrope, hazelnuts, bread rolls, countered on the palate by somewhat sharp acidity; almost slender, lean figure despite substance and strong foundation.
