Tasting notes from the Steininger family
Clearly Grüner Veltliner on the nose and even more clearly on the palate. Prepares itself on the palate with its spicy components. Noticeable alcohol on the finish, therefore very warm, harmonious acidity.
Very good wine, not for beginners.

Wine year 2013
2013 from one extreme to the other:
First, some winegrowers had to contend with the floods in June, followed by extreme summer heat. September and October were generally very even and the night temperatures were a little cool. Botrytis pressure was generally relatively low. The high acidity values guarantee a corresponding shelf life.
