Get to know a winery and its winemaker up close! That’s what most Langenlois guests want. That’s why Langenlois has the “Weinschaun beim Winzer” wine taverns. They have time, open cellar doors and a glass of wine for you on certain days. Guaranteed!

If you spend a few days in Langenlois, a visit to a Langenlois winegrower is usually on the to-do list. The “Weinschaun beim Winzer” campaign was launched so that every guest is guaranteed to find an open winery and a friendly welcome during their stay.

Around 35 winegrowers open their wineries on Fridays and Saturdays from April to the end of October. Alternately, so that at least one winery is always open to visitors during this time.

The “Weinschaun” winemaker will give you a tour of the winery, take you down to the cellar and maybe even let you taste this year’s wine straight from the barrel. Then into the tasting room for an extensive examination of the wines and a chat with the winemaker. When you have finally found your favorites, you can take them home with you at farm-gate prices.
