Our Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé Wine 2021 was awarded gold by the ÖGZ. We are naturally delighted. Here, too, we pursue the philosophy of purity. Our rosé wine philosophy is to use only fully ripe grapes in order to obtain more character. The grapes are lightly crushed, left on the skins for about 12 hours and then gently pressed.
